About Us:

The Hagerstown Area Police Athletic League (PAL) founded in 1996, is a non-profit organization located in Hagerstown, MD. The PAL complex is located at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds. The PAL facility consists of a newly renovated weightlifting facility, and outdoor basketball court and street hockey rink. Primarily, our organization utilizes recreational and athletic programs to help guide area youths with the hope that they will one day be productive leaders of our community. HAPAL tries to instill a positive relationship between the youths and the police officers (among other community leaders and volunteers) who supervise and try to be good role models to the youths that participate in the various programs HAPAL offers.
