- Must be 21 + to purchase a ticket. No exceptions.
- Prizes will be sent certified mail and require a signature with ID or you can pick up your prize at pickup locations. Call 240-347-1477 if other arrangements need made to pick up your prize.
- Unsold tickets will become property of “The Hagerstown Area Police Athletic League”
- All winning tickets will be re-entered and available to win again throughout the contest including the grand prize.
- This is a virtual event and it will be streamed live from the scheduled drawing sites. You do not have to be present to win.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing or will be forfeited to “The Hagerstown Area Police Athletic League”.
- Maryland and Federal income taxes are the responsibility of the winner and may be withheld or winner must pay, prior to issuance of prize.
- All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- By purchasing a ticket, you are assuming any and all responsibility/liability pertaining to this event including but not limited to ownership and use of any prizes won.
- Actual prize money is determined by the amount of tickets sold. There are 57 projected prizes throughout the event. $20,000 Final Drawing Prize is Guaranteed and will not change. Prize amounts may increase depending on ticket sales.
- State-issued valid ID required to claim prizes. Prizes will be available 30 days after the scheduled drawing.

Our organization utilizes recreational and athletic programs to help guide area youths with the hope that they will one day be productive leaders of our community.
HOW IT HELPS
HAPAL tries to instill a positive relationship between the youths and the police officers (among other community leaders and volunteers) who supervise and try to be good role models to the youths that participate in the various programs HAPAL offers.

THE CASH BASH LIVE SHOW

This live, in person show consists of three awesome rock bands, all on stage in the historic Maryland Theatre auditorium. Three ticket types available.
General Admission - $60
Great upper or lower-level view of the show and concessions, including beer and wine, are available for purchase from the theatre.
VIP ticket - $110
Premier lower level seating, two beer/wine tickets, and private access to the new Ball Room VIP party all evening with heavy hors d’oeuvres.
VIP Designated Driver ticket - $90
Premier lower level seating, water, soda, and iced tea, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and private access to the new Ball Room VIP party all evening with heavy hors d’oeuvres.
THE ENTERTAINMENT
Doors open at 7:00pm. Local rock band Jester kicks off the evening at 7:30. Then get ready for Nightrain – The Guns N Roses Experience at 8:30pm. Finally, we’ll ring in 2022 with Thunderstruck: America’s AC/DC Tribute Band starting at 10:30pm!
