Hagerstown Police Athletic League – DONATE HERE!

The program was brought to Hagerstown in 1996. Primarily, our organization utilizes recreational and athletic programs to help guide area youths with the hope that they will one day be productive leaders of our community. HAPAL tries to instill a positive relationship between the youths and the police officers (among other community leaders and volunteers) who supervise and try to be good role models to the youths that participate in the various programs HAPAL offers.  Please consider donating to this cause to help create relationships with our local police, great mentorship and the youth of our area.
