Hagerstown Area Police Athletic League (PAL)

The program was brought to Hagerstown in 1996 and is still in its infancy stages of the full effects and benefits it can have to our community. Primarily, our organization utilizes recreational and athletic programs to help guide area youths with the hope that they will one day be productive leaders of our community. HAPAL tries to instill a positive relationship between the youths and the police officers (among other community leaders and volunteers) who supervise and try to be good role models to the youths that participate in the various programs HAPAL offers.
